In this exercise, you'll focus on memory skills by creating a simple story from random words that you can memorize and recall. 

• To get setup, take a stack of post-it notes and write out random words, one word per post-it. 

• For example, you might write down Fence, hot air balloon, and dog. 

• Create 14-20 post-its to use in this exercise.  

• Once you have your post-its with words on them in front of you on the table, you're ready to begin.
