INSTRUCTIONS
In this exercise, you'll tap post-it notes in various patterns while moving your feet and doing memory and cognitive challenges.
When you are finished setting up, your area should have 2 different colored post-its on a door or wall or window, whatever works, and then 2 different colored post-its on the floor (or foot pads).
The post-it notes should be separated into a left side and a right side.
To get setup, start by writing out the Alphabet, alternating one letter for each different colored post it.
As you write out the letters, begin placing them in the area you've selected at eye level and place them randomly.
You should have a left and a right side, but other than that, don't worry too much about where you place the letters.
Continue this process until you have written out and placed letters from the entire alphabet, A to Z.
Next, repeat this process, only this time with numbers. Write out numbers 1 to 26, alternating one number for each different colored post-it.
Place the numbers randomly mixed in with the letters and don't worry too much about exactly where you place them.
Finally, be sure to place two different colored post-it notes or foot pads on the floor in front of the area.
